Yes, we require that you provide 3 years loss history.
We can still provide quotes; however, quoted premiums may change based on verification of the client’s loss history.
No. However, our Authorization to Bind form does need to be signed by the client prior to placing the business. The form can be found in the “Agency Information” folder on the Affluence Select Agent Portal, or contact your dedicated account executive.
We aim to turn around all quotes and proposals within 4-5 business days.

Agency commission is paid on an “as earned” basis and is paid to the agency by the 10th of each following month. Example: if policy commission is received by Affluence in May, the agency will receive its portion of the commission by the 10th of June.
All agencies receive their login information after completing the online agency enrollment process.
