How do I find the proper ACCORD forms?
All ACCORD forms can be found in the “Agency Information” folder on the Affluence Select Agent Portal, or contact your dedicated account executive.
Do I need to run the MVR’s and CLUE reports?
Yes, we require that you provide 3 years loss history.
What if I don’t have access to the loss history reports?
We can still provide quotes; however, quoted premiums may change based on verification of the client’s loss history.
Do I need signed applications from the client prior to binding?
No. However, our Authorization to Bind form does need to be signed by the client prior to placing the business. The form can be found in the “Agency Information” folder on the Affluence Select Agent Portal, or contact your dedicated account executive.
After submitting my new business for quoting, how quickly can I expect to receive the proposal?
We aim to turn around all quotes and proposals within 4-5 business days.
What if I need a faster quote turnaround time than the standard 4-5 business days?
Contact your dedicated account representative and we will try to accommodate your rush needs.
When will the agency receive commission on policies placed through Affluence Select?
Agency commission is paid on an “as earned” basis and is paid to the agency by the 10th of each following month. Example: if policy commission is received by Affluence in May, the agency will receive its portion of the commission by the 10th of June.
When do I receive a login for the Affluence Select Agent Portal?
All agencies receive their login information after completing the online agency enrollment process.
